NaNoBlogMo: Rush

Name:
Location: Monte Vista, Southern Colorado

I'm a middle aged, childless, balding, slightly chubby around the middle, wrinkled man who is polyamorous, passionate, friendly and hates to use the phone. I laugh out loud, scream at god and chaos, cry quietly, and always always always believe that people are good and worthy. Except George Bush and his ilk. They're just evil.

Just keep waiting, just keep waiting.. just keep waiting...........

It's REALLY hard not to jump the gun and write on the day before it really starts up. REALLY HARD> specially since opening day is on a freakin MONDAY!

More than one idea is always good

SO I'm thinking more about the outline. Lately I'm thinking that it might work well to roll my demon clearing in with another idea that's shiny to me. The new area 51. Right here in the valley, as in perhaps my charchters motivations arise from the childhood demons that drive him. Something like.......... a very well learned self reliance and directions of thought that don't follow the norm. JI'll puzzle over it a bit more.

Title not to match

Figured out what I'm gonna go with for this one. It'll be a fictionalized autobiographical. I've been thinking quite a bit about growing up and the tiny bits I can remember, might just help to write it all out and perhaps move some of it from inside where it's dark to outside where the light can let it breathe and move on. Outline to follow.

Where to go, what to do..........

Time to flesh out an outline to go by come November the First. Funny, it would sure be easy to use the couple starts I’ve made here before for NaNoWriMo. The one time I got up to 25 or 30K. But as I told my favorite grocery clerk today at Safeway today, that would be cheating.

I’ve done story starts before that were about the Catholic Church as a vampire cult. IT was fun, it included BDSM, and funky characters along with quirky dialogue. So now I have to come up with something else that is completely different. Or at least sorta different. I can tell I’ll be giving MS Word the usual fits as I do this. J I’m not terribly in love with the usual structure and rules of the English language and tend to simply ignore them on purpose so that the voice I’m using is my own.

SO let’s see………

I can write about things I know or am interested in.

Pottery

Metalwork

Photography

Sex

Love

Powerlines

Pushing the envelope

Nuclear Physics

Chaos

Interpersonal relationships

The life I can’t remember

Interconnected cell phone networks that act to influence world events. J

That’ll do it for today, I’ll work on more tomorrow after I’ve thought about it a bit.

Tryin once again

So here it is. My third try at NaNoWriMo. I usually end up with a few thousand words and then the entire world turns to shit and I can't get back to it in time. I think I made it to 25 or 30 thousand last time. We'll see how I manage this time. The title is working as is the subject, content, tone and language as well as point of view. I'll work those up in the next few days. And I plan to do the writing right here on blogger. That'll be fun! OK, off to link the site and personalize the page. Good thing the dog bit my finger so that I couldn't throw pots today or I'da never gotten to this.
